NxtSound for iOS: privacy policy

In short: the app collects no data about you. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics. Nothing is sent to the developer or to third parties.

What the app does with data

• The app connects only to the server address you enter. That server is run by you or by someone you chose; what it stores about you (your login, listening history, playlists) is under the control of its operator and is not covered by this policy.
• On your device the app stores: the server address, the login session of your server (cookie) and, if you switch it on, songs and covers for offline listening. You can delete the saved songs in the app settings; logging out removes the session and the saved songs.
• The app may ask for access to the local network, so that it can reach a server in your home network.

What the app does not do

• It does not use advertising identifiers, analytics or crash-reporting services of third parties.
• It does not collect location, contacts, photos or other personal data.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Kurz gesagt: Die App erhebt keine Daten über dich. Es gibt kein Tracking, keine Werbung und keine Analyse. Es wird nichts an den Entwickler oder an Dritte gesendet.

Was die App mit Daten macht

• Die App verbindet sich nur mit der Serveradresse, die du eingibst. Dieser Server wird von dir oder von jemandem betrieben, den du gewählt hast. Was er über dich speichert (Login, Hörverlauf, Playlists), liegt in der Hand des Betreibers und ist nicht Teil dieser Erklärung.
• Auf deinem Gerät speichert die App: die Serveradresse, die Anmeldung bei deinem Server (Cookie) und, wenn du es einschaltest, Titel und Cover für das Offline-Hören. Die gespeicherten Titel kannst du in den App-Einstellungen löschen; beim Abmelden werden Anmeldung und gespeicherte Titel entfernt.
• Die App kann um Zugriff auf das lokale Netzwerk bitten, damit sie einen Server in deinem Heimnetz erreicht.

Was die App nicht macht

• Sie nutzt keine Werbe-IDs, keine Analyse- oder Absturzdienste von Dritten.
• Sie erfasst weder Standort noch Kontakte, Fotos oder andere persönliche Daten.

Kinder

Die App erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von irgendjemandem, auch nicht von Kindern.
